In the spirit of giving (and since I’m still intoxicated from watching the new film on überchef Rene Redzepi “Noma, My Perfect Storm“), I wanted to share a fantastic resource for those of you inclined to brave the 80f December elements to go foraging.
This has been circulating for a while in a couple different forms. This latest version incorporates elements from the Lee Bros. own such map.
If you find yourself enamored of foraging, I highly recommend Chris Bennett’s excellent treatise “Southern Foraging.” Chris has recently become a Charleston resident and I very much look forward to working with him in some capacity or another!
